2012 Summer Membership Details

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
The process for a completing a player registration includes all of the following:

  • Complete the online registration form and submit payment.
  • Fill out and mail or email in the following paperwork postmarked no later than 1 week after your online registration submission:

* Any player who does not submit their complete paperwork by the deadline, could forfeit their membership spot to a player on the waiting list.

HALF YEAR MEMBERSHIP FEES INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
TOURNAMENTS

*These dates are published assuming that the tournaments will be held on the same weekend and the same location as they were the previous year. Sometimes, a tournament decides to move their date and/or location. We make every effort to notify the members of any and all changes as soon as they become available to us.

INSTRUCTION – 20 TOTAL HOURS
Players will be grouped to teams based upon age and experience. To see all practice dates and times, go to the QCS Calendar. High School Membership Players, select the “HS RED” calendar. Middle School Membership Players, select the “MS WHITE” calendar.

SCRIMMAGE NIGHTS
Wednesday evenings June 27th through August 1st.

RECRUITING SUPPORT
All members will have unlimited access to our online recruiting resources as well as one-on-one assistance from the coaching staff during the recruiting process.

GEAR
Personalized Team Shooting Shirt, Team Reversible (new players only) and Team Backpack (new players only)
Additional Spirit Wear available for purchase.

ATTENDANCE:
We are aware that players have other commitments outside of lacrosse. We support and encourage participation in other sports and extra-curricular activities. Therefore, we understand that conflicts are inevitable.

However, in order to get the most out of this membership, we do expect that our players make a concerted effort to attend practices, play days and events. We post our schedule well in advance so that everyone has ample time to make arrangements to attend as many of these talent building opportunities as possible.

PRICING:

High School

  • High School Underclassmen (2013, 2014, 2015) – NEW Member HALF Year (May 2012 – August 2012): $495

Middle School

  • Middle School Current 8th Graders (2016) – NEW Member HALF Year (May 2012 – August 2012): $495
  • Middle School Current 8th Graders (2016) – RETURNING Member HALF Year (May 2012 – August 2012): $395
  • Middle School Current 5th, 6th and 7th Graders (Class of 2017, 18 and 19) – NEW Member HALF Year (May 2012 – August 2012): $450
  • Middle School Current 5th, 6th and 7th Graders (Class of 2017, 18 and 19) – RETURNING Member HALF Year (May 2012 – August 2012): $350

*Price difference is a result of high school tournament entry fees being greater than middle school tournament entry fees.

Notes: A late fee of $65 will be applied to all players who register after May 1, 2012.
